I’ve always wanted to invest in #shorttermrentals. I was struggling to find a good investment property due to inflated prices and having the talent to make a property stand out in a quickly overcrowded market.

I discovered AG Wealth Builders Trust. They have an impressive methodology to scrape thousands of listings and make offers on the best deals before most of us ever see the listing and turn homes into resort-like locations to maximize rental income. I love the touches they add (like converting unusable garages to game rooms – who needs a garage in a vacation home??)

I’ve invested a significant amount with them and have been impressed with their model and results and like the ability to diversify around the country rather than putting it all in one property and spinning the roulette wheel.

This house was everything that was advertised, and exactly what we were looking for. There was a never-ending amount of activities at the house (as shown in the pictures). Sabrina was a fantastic host – she was very communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate our travel schedule. I would recommend this place to anybody!

I have stayed at several Airbnbs and this was by far my favorite The pool has a shallow end for toddlers that was really nice In addition, Sabrina had trash bags, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, umbrellas and beach chairs. I could not believe how accommodating this place was.. sooooo helpful Also, Sabrina doesn’t require a ton of to do list items during the check out process. Of course we cleaned and picked up out of respect but it didn’t feel demanded or unreasonable because Sabrina doesn’t require it! Very happy with our stay.

This was an absolute gem for our large family. The spacious and well-thought-out floor plan allowed us to enjoy quality time together while still having our own space when needed. We were particularly impressed with the variety of activities available on-site, including the pool, hot tub, darts, pool table, and the inviting fire pit. It kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. With its close proximity to Madeira Beach and the overall comfort it provided, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. We’d gladly return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and enjoyable retreat for their family or group. Thanks to our hosts for making our stay truly memorable!

Everything about our stay was excellent. You get much more than what you pay for. excellent location for your family getaway shopping dining and golf nearby. This was one of the most relaxing stays I’ve experienced. The home was so beautiful ,spacious and clean. Not to mention visually appealing. It had so many fun games and surprises. I also love that it’s pet friendly because I don’t travel without my fur babies and they loved every minute of our stay as well. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a 5-star stay! We’ll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! I stayed here with some friends to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing weekend! Not only was the house beautiful, but there was so much to do! Everyone loved the game room, pool table and beautiful backyard. They also just have so many game options to make sure no one is bored and always having fun. The beds were also all extremely comfortable! The host was really great too and very responsive. We would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone that wants a great Airbnb experience with tons to do in the home for friends or family. 🙂
